Alert: This Report Includes Disturbing Details of Shootings.

Combatants chuckle as they move on the back of a transport truck, racing by a row of nine dead bodies and moving in the direction of the setting African sun.

"Look at this extensive accomplishment. See this act of ethnic cleansing," a combatant cheers.

The individual grins as he points the recording device on his own face and his companion fighters, their RSF insignia visible: "The victims are all going to die this way."

These individuals are exulting in a massacre that humanitarian officials suspect killed over thousands of individuals in the Sudan's metropolis of el-Fasher during October.

A City Isolated from the Globe

Following their control of the community under encirclement for nearly 24 months, from August the RSF proceeded to strengthen its control and blockade the leftover residents.

Space-based imagery demonstrate that troops started to build a enormous sand wall - a raised dirt embankment - around the boundaries of el-Fasher, closing entry points and preventing relief supplies.

While the blockade intensified, 78 individuals were murdered in an militia strike on a place of worship on mid-September, while the international organization said dozens more were slain in aerial and artillery strikes on a displacement camp in fall.

Graphic Video Reveals Weaponless Individuals Gunned Down

By sunrise on late October the paramilitary force conquered the remaining military positions and took control of the central compound in the city, the headquarters of the Army Division, as the military retreated.

Among the most disturbing videos to appear and analysed revealed the consequences of a massacre at a campus structure on the western side of the community, where numerous lifeless forms were observed strewn over the floor.

An older man wearing a traditional garment remained isolated amid the victims. The man rotated to look as a fighter armed with a weapon walked down the staircase in the direction of the individual. lifting his firearm, the gunman released a solitary bullet at the individual, who dropped to the floor still.

"For what reason is this individual even alive," a combatant exclaimed. "Kill this one."

Space-based imagery captured on October 26th appeared to verify that shootings were also carried out on the thoroughfares of al-Fashir, based on a study published by the academic research center.

A key observer who spoke said the individual had observed "numerous of our relatives being massacred - these individuals were gathered in one place and everyone murdered."

RSF Commanders Attempt to Conduct Reputation Management

In the days that came after the massacre, militia leader admitted that his fighters had carried out "wrongdoings" and stated the events would be examined.

Part of the detained was after a analysis recording his killings. Carefully orchestrated and modified recording shared on the paramilitary's formal Telegram platform show the commander being led into a prison room at a detention facility on the edges of el-Fasher.

Simultaneously, the RSF and connected online accounts started trying to alter the story.

Updates depicting its militiamen providing assistance to civilians were disseminated by several accounts, while the militia's public relations unit shared several videos claiming to display the humane management of government detainees.

In spite of the digital campaign being employed by the militia, their conduct in the city have sparked global anger.
